3、電(dian)(dian)容(rong)性干擾會(hui)導(dao)致接(jie)收(shou)(shou)器電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)有關誤(wu)差,對(dui)于4~20mA兩(liang)線(xian)制環(huan)路,接(jie)收(shou)(shou)器電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)通常為(wei)250Ω(取(qu)樣(yang)Uout=1~5V)這個電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)小到(dao)不足(zu)以產生顯著誤(wu)差,因此,可以允許的電(dian)(dian)線(xian)長(chang)度比電(dian)(dian)壓遙(yao)測(ce)系統更長(chang)更遠;

4、各(ge)個(ge)單臺示讀裝置(zhi)(zhi)或記錄裝置(zhi)(zhi)可以在電線長度(du)不等的(de)不同通(tong)道間進行換接,不因電線長度(du)的(de)不等而造成精(jing)度(du)的(de)差異(yi),實(shi)現分散采集,分散式采集的(de)好處就是(shi):分散采集,集中(zhong)控制(zhi)....

5、將4mA用于零電平(ping),使判(pan)斷開路與短路或傳(chuan)感器損壞(huai)(0mA狀態)十分方便。

兩(liang)線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)是指現(xian)場變送器(qi)與(yu)控制(zhi)室儀表僅用兩(liang)根(gen)(gen)導線(xian)(xian),這兩(liang)根(gen)(gen)線(xian)(xian)既是電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)(xian),又是信號(hao)線(xian)(xian)。兩(liang)線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)與(yu)三線(xian)(xian)制(zhi) (一根(gen)(gen)正電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)(xian),兩(liang)根(gen)(gen)信號(hao)線(xian)(xian),其中(zhong)一根(gen)(gen)共GND) 和四(si)線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(兩(liang)根(gen)(gen)正負電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)(xian),兩(liang)根(gen)(gen)信號(hao)線(xian)(xian),其中(zhong)一根(gen)(gen)GND)相比(bi),兩(liang)線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)的(de)優點(dian)是:

1、不易受寄生熱電偶(ou)和沿電線電阻壓降和溫漂的影響,可(ke)用(yong)非常便宜(yi)的更(geng)細的導線;可(ke)節省大(da)量電纜線和安裝費用(yong);

2、在電(dian)流源(yuan)(yuan)輸出電(dian)阻足夠大時,經磁場耦(ou)合感應到導線(xian)環路內的電(dian)壓(ya),不(bu)會(hui)產生顯著影響,因為(wei)干擾源(yuan)(yuan)引起的電(dian)流極小,一般利用雙絞線(xian)就能降(jiang)低(di)干擾;兩線(xian)制與三線(xian)制必須用屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)線(xian),屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)線(xian)的屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)層要妥(tuo)善(shan)接地。

3、電(dian)容性干擾會導致接收(shou)器電(dian)阻有關誤(wu)差(cha),對于4~20mA兩線制環路,接收(shou)器電(dian)阻通常(chang)為(wei)250Ω(取樣Uout=1~5V)這個電(dian)阻小到(dao)不足(zu)以(yi)產生(sheng)顯(xian)著誤(wu)差(cha),因(yin)此,可以(yi)允(yun)許的電(dian)線長度(du)比電(dian)壓遙測系統更長更遠;

4、各(ge)個單臺示(shi)讀裝置或(huo)記(ji)錄(lu)裝置可以在電線長度不(bu)等的(de)(de)不(bu)同通道間進行換接,不(bu)因電線長度的(de)(de)不(bu)等而造(zao)成精度的(de)(de)差(cha)異,實現(xian)分(fen)散(san)采(cai)集(ji),分(fen)散(san)式(shi)采(cai)集(ji)的(de)(de)好處就是:分(fen)散(san)采(cai)集(ji),集(ji)中控(kong)制(zhi)....

5、將4mA用(yong)于零(ling)電平,使(shi)判斷開路與短路或傳感器(qi)損壞(0mA狀態)十分方便。

6,在兩(liang)線輸出口(kou)非常容(rong)易增設一兩(liang)只防(fang)雷防(fang)浪(lang)涌器件,有利于安全防(fang)雷防(fang)爆。

電(dian)(dian)流(liu)變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi)在單片(pian)機(ji)(ji)控制的許多應用(yong)場合,都要使(shi)用(yong)變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi)來將單片(pian)機(ji)(ji)不能直(zhi)接(jie)測(ce)量(liang)的信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成單片(pian)機(ji)(ji)可以處理的電(dian)(dian)模擬(ni)信(xin)號(hao),如電(dian)(dian)流(liu)變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi),壓力變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi)、溫度變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi)、流(liu)量(liang)變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi)等。早期的變送(song)(song)(song)(song)器(qi)大多為電(dian)(dian)壓輸出(chu)型,即將測(ce)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為0-5V電(dian)(dian)壓輸出(chu),這是運放直(zhi)接(jie)輸出(chu),信(xin)號(hao)功率<0.05W,通過(guo)模擬(ni)/數(shu)字轉(zhuan)換(huan)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)轉(zhuan)換(huan)數(shu)字信(xin)號(hao)供單片(pian)機(ji)(ji)讀取、控制。
