電(dian)流表(biao)和電(dian)壓表(biao)的測量(liang)機構基本相同(tong),但在測量(liang)線路中的連(lian)接有所不同(tong)。因此,在選擇和使(shi)用電(dian)流表(biao)和電(dian)壓表(biao)時應注(zhu)意(yi)以(yi)下幾點。
⒈ 類(lei)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)擇。當被(bei)測(ce)(ce)量是(shi)(shi)直流(liu)時,應選(xuan)直流(liu)表(biao),即磁電(dian)(dian)(dian)系測(ce)(ce)量機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)。當被(bei)測(ce)(ce)量是(shi)(shi)交流(liu)時,應注意其(qi)(qi)波(bo)形與頻率。若(ruo)為(wei)正弦(xian)波(bo),只需(xu)測(ce)(ce)出有效值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)即可換算為(wei)其(qi)(qi)他值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(如(ru)大值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)等),采(cai)用(yong)任意一種(zhong)交流(liu)表(biao)即可;若(ruo)為(wei)非正弦(xian)波(bo),則(ze)應區分需(xu)測(ce)(ce)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)什么值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),有效值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)可選(xuan)用(yong)磁系或鐵(tie)磁電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)系測(ce)(ce)量機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao),平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)則(ze)選(xuan)用(yong)整流(liu)系測(ce)(ce)量機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)系測(ce)(ce)量機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表(biao)常用(yong)于交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)精密測(ce)(ce)量。
⒉ 準(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)的(de)選(xuan)擇。因儀(yi)表的(de)準(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)越高(gao),價格越貴,維修也(ye)較(jiao)困(kun)難。而且,若其他條件配合(he)不當,再(zai)高(gao)準(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)等級的(de)儀(yi)表,也(ye)未必能(neng)得到準(zhun)確(que)(que)的(de)測量(liang)結果。因此,在選(xuan)用準(zhun)確(que)(que)準(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)較(jiao)低的(de)儀(yi)表可滿足測量(liang)要求的(de)情況下,就不要選(xuan)用高(gao)準(zhun)確(que)(que)度(du)的(de)儀(yi)表。通常0.1級和0.2級儀(yi)表作(zuo)為(wei)標準(zhun)表選(xuan)用;0.5級和1.0級儀(yi)表作(zuo)為(wei)實(shi)驗室測量(liang)使(shi)用;1.5級以下的(de)儀(yi)表一般作(zuo)為(wei)工程(cheng)測量(liang)選(xuan)用。
⒊ 量(liang)(liang)程的(de)選擇。要(yao)充分(fen)發揮儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)準確度的(de)作用,還必須(xu)根據被測(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)大小(xiao),合理選用儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)量(liang)(liang)限,如選擇不當,其(qi)(qi)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)誤(wu)差將會很大。一(yi)般使儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)對被測(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)指示大于儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)大量(liang)(liang)程的(de)1/2~2/3以上,而不能超過其(qi)(qi)大量(liang)(liang)程。
⒋ 內(nei)阻的選擇(ze)。選擇(ze)儀表(biao)時(shi),還應根據(ju)被(bei)測阻抗的大小(xiao)來選擇(ze)儀表(biao)的內(nei)阻,否(fou)則會帶來較大的測量誤差(cha)。因(yin)內(nei)阻的大小(xiao)反映儀表(biao)本身功率的消耗,所(suo)以(yi),測量電(dian)流(liu)時(shi),應選用內(nei)阻盡(jin)可能小(xiao)的電(dian)流(liu)表(biao);測量電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),應選用內(nei)阻盡(jin)可能大的電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)。
指針式電流表都是由靈敏(min)電流(liu)(liu)計改裝而來的。靈敏(min)電流(liu)(liu)計即使靈敏度再(zai)高,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)多(duo)不(bu)超過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)30微安,而學生(sheng)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表(biao)測得的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)強(qiang)度都是(shi)0.6A,或者3A,遠(yuan)遠(yuan)超出大值(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表(biao)既要讓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路上的(de)(de)全部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),又不(bu)允許(xu)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)線圈的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)超過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)安全限度。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)表(biao)是(shi)與(yu)被測用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器串聯(lian)的(de)(de),所(suo)以改裝時要分(fen)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)。將靈敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)計與(yu)一個阻值(zhi)較小(xiao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻并聯(lian),這樣(yang)就會(hui)使大部分(fen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,小(xiao)部分(fen)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)表頭。這時將表頭標上新的(de)刻度(du),就可(ke)以了。
