由于A、B兩相(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)差90度(du),可通(tong)(tong)過(guo)比(bi)較A相(xiang)(xiang)在前還是(shi)B相(xiang)(xiang)在前,以(yi)判別編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)的(de)正(zheng)轉與反轉,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)零位(wei)脈沖,可獲得編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)的(de)零位(wei)參考(kao)位(wei)。編(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)器(qi)碼(ma)(ma)盤的(de)材(cai)料有玻(bo)(bo)璃、金屬(shu)(shu)、塑(su)(su)料,玻(bo)(bo)璃碼(ma)(ma)盤是(shi)在玻(bo)(bo)璃上沉積(ji)很薄的(de)刻(ke)線(xian),其熱(re)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)好,精(jing)度(du)高,金屬(shu)(shu)碼(ma)(ma)盤直接以(yi)通(tong)(tong)和不通(tong)(tong)刻(ke)線(xian),不易碎,但由于金屬(shu)(shu)有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)厚度(du),精(jing)度(du)就有限制,其熱(re)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)就要(yao)比(bi)玻(bo)(bo)璃的(de)差一(yi)(yi)個(ge)數量級(ji),塑(su)(su)料碼(ma)(ma)盤是(shi)經濟型的(de),其成本低,但精(jing)度(du)、熱(re)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)、壽命均要(yao)差一(yi)(yi)些。
