編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(encoder)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)將信(xin)號(如比特流)或(huo)數據(ju)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)制、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)為可(ke)(ke)用以通訊、傳輸和(he)存(cun)儲(chu)之形式的(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)備(bei)。編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把角(jiao)位(wei)移或(huo)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)位(wei)移轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號的(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong)(zhong)裝(zhuang)置。前(qian)者稱(cheng)(cheng)為碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤(pan),后(hou)者稱(cheng)(cheng)為碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)尺。按(an)照(zhao)讀(du)出(chu)方(fang)式編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)(ke)以分為接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式和(he)非接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式兩種(zhong)(zhong);編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號后(hou)由(you)數控(kong)制置CNC、可(ke)(ke)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)程邏(luo)輯控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)PLC、控(kong)制系(xi)統等(deng)(deng)來(lai)(lai)(lai)(lai)處理。這些傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)主要應用在(zai)下列(lie)方(fang)面:機(ji)床(chuang)、材料加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)反(fan)饋系(xi)統以及測(ce)量(liang)(liang)和(he)控(kong)制設(she)(she)備(bei)。在(zai)ELTRA編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)角(jiao)位(wei)移的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)采(cai)(cai)用了(le)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)掃描原理。讀(du)數系(xi)統是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)基于徑向分度(du)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),該分度(du)由(you)交替的(de)(de)(de)透(tou)光窗口(kou)和(he)不(bu)透(tou)光窗口(kou)構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)。此(ci)系(xi)統全部(bu)用一個(ge)(ge)紅外光源垂(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)照(zhao)射,增量(liang)(liang)式編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)將位(wei)移轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)周期性的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,再把這個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變成(cheng)(cheng)計(ji)(ji)數脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong),用脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)數表示位(wei)移的(de)(de)(de)大小。編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)每一個(ge)(ge)位(wei)置對(dui)應一個(ge)(ge)確定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)數字(zi)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma),因(yin)此(ci)它的(de)(de)(de)示值只(zhi)(zhi)與測(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)起始和(he)終止位(wei)置有(you)關(guan),而(er)與測(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)間過(guo)(guo)程無(wu)關(guan)。旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)增量(liang)(liang)式編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)以轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)時輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong),通過(guo)(guo)計(ji)(ji)數設(she)(she)備(bei)來(lai)(lai)(lai)(lai)知道其位(wei)置,當編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)動(dong)或(huo)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,依(yi)靠(kao)計(ji)(ji)數設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)內部(bu)記憶來(lai)(lai)(lai)(lai)記住位(wei)置。這樣(yang),當停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou),編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)能(neng)有(you)任何(he)的(de)(de)(de)移動(dong),當來(lai)(lai)(lai)(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作時,編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),也不(bu)能(neng)有(you)干(gan)擾而(er)丟失脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong),不(bu)然(ran),計(ji)(ji)數設(she)(she)備(bei)記憶的(de)(de)(de)零點(dian)就會偏移,而(er)且這種(zhong)(zhong)偏移的(de)(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)無(wu)從知道的(de)(de)(de),只(zhi)(zhi)有(you)錯誤的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)結果出(chu)現后(hou)才能(neng)知道。解(jie)決(jue)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)增加(jia)參(can)考(kao)(kao)點(dian),編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)每經(jing)過(guo)(guo)參(can)考(kao)(kao)點(dian),將參(can)考(kao)(kao)位(wei)置修正進計(ji)(ji)數設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)記憶位(wei)置。在(zai)參(can)考(kao)(kao)點(dian)以前(qian),是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)能(neng)保證位(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)準(zhun)確性的(de)(de)(de)。為此(ci),在(zai)工(gong)(gong)控(kong)中(zhong)就有(you)每次操作先找參(can)考(kao)(kao)點(dian),開機(ji)找零等(deng)(deng)方(fang)法(fa)。這樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)由(you)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)位(wei)置決(jue)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de),它不(bu)受(shou)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、干(gan)擾的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把角(jiao)位(wei)移或(huo)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)位(wei)移轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號的(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong)(zhong)裝(zhuang)置。前(qian)者成(cheng)(cheng)為碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤(pan),后(hou)者稱(cheng)(cheng)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)尺.按(an)照(zhao)讀(du)出(chu)方(fang)式編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)(ke)以分為接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式和(he)非接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式兩種(zhong)(zhong).接(jie)(jie
