液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥主要是(shi)指電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥,它在(zai)(zai)接(jie)受電(dian)(dian)氣模擬信(xin)號后,相(xiang)應輸(shu)出調制(zhi)的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)和(he)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)。它既是(shi)電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)元件,也(ye)是(shi)功率(lv)放(fang)大(da)(da)元件,它能夠將小功率(lv)的(de)微弱電(dian)(dian)氣輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為大(da)(da)功率(lv)的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)能(流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)和(he)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li))輸(shu)出。在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服系統中(zhong)(zhong),它將電(dian)(dian)氣部(bu)分(fen)與液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)部(bu)分(fen)連接(jie)起來,實現(xian)電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)信(xin)號的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)與液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)放(fang)大(da)(da)。電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥是(shi)電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服系統控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)核心。液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥是(shi)在(zai)(zai)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服系統中(zhong)(zhong)將電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)為功率(lv)較大(da)(da)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)或(huo)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)信(xin)號輸(shu)出的(de)執(zhi)行元件。它是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)和(he)功率(lv)放(fang)大(da)(da)元件。伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥的(de)靈(ling)敏度高(gao),快速性好,能將很(hen)小的(de)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(例如10毫安(an))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)成很(hen)大(da)(da)的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)功率(lv)(如幾十匹馬(ma)(ma)力(li)(li)(li)以(yi)上),可以(yi)驅動(dong)(dong)多種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing)的(de)負(fu)載。過(guo)去人們(men)曾把噴(pen)(pen)嘴檔(dang)板(ban)(ban)閥、射流(liu)(liu)(liu)管或(huo)滑閥伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服馬(ma)(ma)達等液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)放(fang)大(da)(da)裝置都(dou)列入(ru)(ru)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥范(fan)圍內。20世(shi)紀70年代(dai)以(yi)來,伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥一(yi)般僅指電(dian)(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥。典型(xing)的(de)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥由永磁(ci)力(li)(li)(li)矩(ju)馬(ma)(ma)達、噴(pen)(pen)嘴、檔(dang)板(ban)(ban)、閥芯(xin)、閥套和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)腔組成(見圖)。當輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)線圈(quan)通(tong)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)時,檔(dang)板(ban)(ban)向(xiang)(xiang)右移動(dong)(dong),使(shi)右邊噴(pen)(pen)嘴的(de)節(jie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)作(zuo)用加強,流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)減少,右側背壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)上升(sheng);同時使(shi)左邊噴(pen)(pen)嘴節(jie)流(liu)(liu)(liu)作(zuo)用減小,流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)增加,左側背壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)下(xia)降。閥芯(xin)兩端的(de)作(zuo)用力(li)(li)(li)失去平衡, 閥芯(xin)遂向(xiang)(xiang)左移動(dong)(dong)。高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)油從S流(liu)(liu)(liu)向(xiang)(xiang)C2,送(song)到負(fu)載。負(fu)載回(hui)油通(tong)過(guo) C1流(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)回(hui)油口,進入(ru)(ru)油箱。閥芯(xin)的(de)位移量(liang)與力(li)(li)(li)矩(ju)馬(ma)(ma)達的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)成正比(bi),作(zuo)用在(zai)(zai)閥芯(xin)上的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)與彈簧力(li)(li)(li)相(xiang)平衡,因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)(zai)平衡狀態下(xia)力(li)(li)(li)矩(ju)馬(ma)(ma)達的(de)差動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)與閥芯(xin)的(de)位移成正比(bi)。如果輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)反向(xiang)(xiang),則流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)也(ye)反向(xiang)(xiang)。表中(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)伺(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)服閥的(de)分(fen)類(lei)。
