儀(yi)表(biao)精確度(du)(du)科稱(cheng)(cheng)精度(du)(du),又稱(cheng)(cheng)準確度(du)(du)。精確度(du)(du)和誤(wu)差可以說是孿生兄弟,因為有誤(wu)差的(de)存在,才有精確度(du)(du)這個概念(nian)。儀(yi)表(biao)精確度(du)(du)簡言之就是儀(yi)表(biao)測(ce)量值接近真值的(de)準確程(cheng)度(du)(du),通常用(yong)相對百分誤(wu)差(也稱(cheng)(cheng)相對折合誤(wu)差)表(biao)示。
2、變差
變差是指儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)被(bei)測變量(可(ke)理解為(wei)輸入信號)多次從不同(tong)方向(xiang)達(da)到(dao)(dao)同(tong)一數(shu)值時,儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)指示值之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的大差值,或者說是儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)在(zai)外界條件(jian)不變的情(qing)況下(xia),被(bei)測參數(shu)由小到(dao)(dao)大變化(正向(xiang)特(te)(te)性)和被(bei)測參數(shu)由大到(dao)(dao)小變化(反向(xiang)特(te)(te)性)不一致(zhi)的程(cheng)度,兩者之(zhi)(zhi)差即為(wei)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)變差。
3、靈敏度
靈敏度(du)(du)是指儀表(biao)對被(bei)(bei)測參數(shu)變(bian)化的靈敏程度(du)(du),或(huo)者說是對被(bei)(bei)測的量(liang)變(bian)化的反(fan)應(ying)能(neng)力(li),是在穩(wen)(wen)態下,輸(shu)出(chu)變(bian)化增量(liang)對輸(shu)入變(bian)化增量(liang)的比(bi)值(zhi):靈敏度(du)(du)有時(shi)也稱(cheng)“放(fang)大比(bi)”,也是儀表(biao)靜特性貼切線(xian)上各點的斜率。增加放(fang)大倍數(shu)可以提(ti)高儀表(biao)靈敏度(du)(du),單純加大靈敏度(du)(du)并不改變(bian)儀表(biao)的基(ji)本性能(neng),即(ji)儀表(biao)精(jing)度(du)(du)并沒有提(ti)高,相(xiang)反(fan)有時(shi)會出(chu)現(xian)振(zhen)蕩現(xian)象,造成(cheng)輸(shu)出(chu)不穩(wen)(wen)定。儀表(biao)靈敏度(du)(du)應(ying)保持適當(dang)的量(liang)。

儀表精(jing)(jing)確(que)(que)度(du)(du)(du)科稱精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)(du),又稱準確(que)(que)度(du)(du)(du)。精(jing)(jing)確(que)(que)度(du)(du)(du)和誤差可以(yi)說是(shi)孿生兄弟,因(yin)為有誤差的存(cun)在,才(cai)有精(jing)(jing)確(que)(que)度(du)(du)(du)這(zhe)個概念。儀表精(jing)(jing)確(que)(que)度(du)(du)(du)簡言之就(jiu)是(shi)儀表測(ce)量值(zhi)接近真(zhen)值(zhi)的準確(que)(que)程度(du)(du)(du),通(tong)常用(yong)相對百分(fen)誤差(也稱相對折(zhe)合誤差)表示。
2、變差
變(bian)(bian)差是(shi)指(zhi)儀表(biao)被(bei)測(ce)變(bian)(bian)量(可理解為輸入信號)多(duo)次從不同(tong)(tong)方向達到(dao)同(tong)(tong)一(yi)數(shu)值(zhi)時,儀表(biao)指(zhi)示值(zhi)之(zhi)間的(de)大差值(zhi),或者(zhe)說是(shi)儀表(biao)在外界條件不變(bian)(bian)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,被(bei)測(ce)參(can)數(shu)由(you)小到(dao)大變(bian)(bian)化(正向特(te)性)和被(bei)測(ce)參(can)數(shu)由(you)大到(dao)小變(bian)(bian)化(反向特(te)性)不一(yi)致的(de)程度,兩者(zhe)之(zhi)差即為儀表(biao)變(bian)(bian)差。
3、靈敏度(du)
靈敏(min)度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)指儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)對(dui)被(bei)(bei)測參數變(bian)化(hua)的(de)靈敏(min)程度(du)(du)(du),或者(zhe)說是(shi)對(dui)被(bei)(bei)測的(de)量變(bian)化(hua)的(de)反(fan)應能力,是(shi)在穩(wen)態(tai)下,輸出(chu)變(bian)化(hua)增(zeng)量對(dui)輸入變(bian)化(hua)增(zeng)量的(de)比(bi)(bi)值:靈敏(min)度(du)(du)(du)有(you)時(shi)也稱“放(fang)大(da)(da)比(bi)(bi)”,也是(shi)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)靜(jing)特性貼切(qie)線上(shang)各(ge)點的(de)斜率。增(zeng)加放(fang)大(da)(da)倍數可以(yi)提高儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)靈敏(min)度(du)(du)(du),單純加大(da)(da)靈敏(min)度(du)(du)(du)并(bing)不改變(bian)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)基本性能,即儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)精度(du)(du)(du)并(bing)沒(mei)有(you)提高,相(xiang)反(fan)有(you)時(shi)會出(chu)現振蕩現象,造成輸出(chu)不穩(wen)定。儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)靈敏(min)度(du)(du)(du)應保持適當的(de)量。
